Exporting feedback attachments “Unknown Error -558”

What to check for: 

Size/large quantities of file attachments within the selected Feedback Type. 

Why: 

The files attempting to export for the selected Feedback Type could be possibly causing a timeout problem due to size/quantity. 

Suggested Solution: 

Submit a (minor) CON/CRAP ticket to retrieve the files in a zip file format within the customer’s implementation (The dev team can attach the zip file(s) to a resource such as content within the implementation for the customer to access/download).

 

Unable to Archive Feedback Type (Error Message)

What to check for: 

Delta Readiness: Is Delta enabled for the selected Project? 

Why: 

You won’t be able to archive a Feedback Type that is required for Delta and has Feedback Intent set. This would make the project not qualify for Delta. 

Suggested Solutions: 

To archive the selected Feedback Type you’ll need to either disable Delta or create another Feedback Type with the same Feedback Intent.

What to check for:

If the replies are locked for the tickets in question.

Why:

The replies are most likely locked if the status was appropriately moved to the "resolved" status. since replies are automatically locked for that status.

Suggested Solution:

You can enable the collaboration setting "Allow replies on feedback in resolved status" so the replies will now be added when the Macro is triggered on modify for that status.
