Unable to Remove Row Items (Matrix Form Element)

What to check for:

Confirm if the form element has been submitted/published.

Why:

Once you've published the matrix form element you won't be able to remove the existing row items (which is intended - Likely as a safety net to prevent data from being removed). You can only edit the existing labels, but not remove them.

Suggested Solution:

In this case, the matrix will need to be removed and readded if you need fewer row items for this form element.

"If I add a question to a form, is there a way that the next time they log in, it can be presented to them to fill in?"

What to check for:

Is the form set as a notice?

Why:

You can set the form as a notice, which will present it to users (whichever teams you set it for) the next time they log in. If it is already a notice, you can reset the notice log which will cause it to appear again for users who may have already filled it in.

Suggested solution:

Set the form as a notice. If already set, reset the notice.

Unable to remove Feature element

What to check for:

Feature elements cannot be removed for a project that has Delta activated

Why:

Features are a key part of Delta methodology, and cannot be removed from a feature that has Delta functionality activated.

Suggested Solution:

You will need to disable Delta functionality. To do so, navigate to Management>Project Configuration>Delta settings and then click See my delta checklist in the info box. On the follow page Deactivate delta will be available in the upper right corner.

Unable to rearrange choice element order in form

What to check for:

Confirm if one of the elements in the form is marked conditional to the choices element.

Why:

The conditional order is set based on the current order of the choices.

Suggested Solution:

Remove the conditional option for the other element in the form, change the order of your choices in the element as desired, and then re-enable the conditional option.

Users cannot see homepage content with correct permissions

What to check for:

If all view permissions/user teams look accurate, verify that the user has not already dismissed that piece of content via the "X" in the upper right corner.

Why:

Users are able to dismiss content they no longer want to see on their homepage. During the session the content is dismissed it will show a "restore content" option, but after that the content will just be gone.

Suggested Solution:

Assume the user and dismiss another piece of content. This will cause the "Restore content" button to reappear, and when pressed it will restore all dismissed content.

How can I change the Feedback buttons on the homepage?

What to check for:

The order of the Feedback buttons on the homepage is determined by the first five Feedback types the user has view access to, listed in order of the top to bottom order on the feedback management page.

Suggested Solution:

If you want to change the order of the buttons shown on the project homepage you will need to move the feedback types up or down on the Feedback Management page.

Why are features missing in my feature dropdown?

What to check for:

Confirm that the feature they are expecting to see are in PUBLISHED phases.

Why:

Features in unpublished phases are not considered complete/available and will not show in form engine dropdowns or elsewhere in the platform.
