What to check for:

Confirm the implementation is deactivated in CIM and not deleted.

Why:

If the implementation is deactivated, you’ll want to partner with the Account Manager for this request.

Suggested Solution:

Confirm the report data needed (Project name, report name, report type, etc) and submit a CRAP ticket.

What to check for:

Confirm the implementation is deactivated in CIM and not deleted.

If approved by the Account Manager, we can make a special accommodation for this particular instance to reactivate the implementation briefly so the customer can export the desired data.

“I’m Getting a License Limit Error When I Attempt to Create a Project. How Can I Bypass This To Create a New Project?”

What to check for:

Confirm the license limit has been reached for the implementation within CIM.

Why:

Verifying the license limit has been reached will confirm the error message the customer is receiving when attempting to create a project is valid.

Suggested Solution:

To free up project license space, the user can archive an active project. This means testers don't have access to it, but internal members can continue to access the project, create reports in it, and still use it.

“I'm Trying to Export a User Report or Survey From My Project, But I Get an Unavailable Error When Trying to Export.”

What to check for:

Review the customer’s license limit and usage for reports within CIM.

Why:

Creating an export of a survey or a user list essentially automatically creates a report. The license limit has possibly been reached for reporting which is why the user is unable to perform the User Report export action. (There’s possibly a “license limit has been reached” banner at the top of the Report Management page indicating the license limit has been met.)

Suggested Solution:

The user can archive a few reports to free up some space to export the report as needed.
