Project Clone Troubleshooting

"NaN Error"

What to check for:

Confirm the project template name used to clone.

Why:

In case the template did not clone appropriately you can try the process again (possibly a load/session issue)

Suggested Solution:

Refresh the community homepage to confirm if the project was cloned successfully. It's possible there was a session/page timeout, but the project still cloned successfully. If not, attempt to clone again. If you still receive the "NaN Error" post the error and implementation details in the #it-support channel for the IT/dev team to investigate the error logs.
