"The agreement changes I made do not match what is displayed."

What to check for: 

If they have changed the text of an old agreement.

Why: 

It will still present the document the users have already signed even though the text has been updated. 

Suggested Solution:

How we recommend "updating" an agreement is to create an entirely new agreement content, and set that as a notice. Then you unmark the old agreement as a notice. You don't want to update the original as that is a document a user has already signed, in this case.

"Why is it that when I activate a second Release, it archives the other?"

What to check for:

If the Release type settings have "Only allow one active release at a time" enabled.

Why:

With this setting enabled, only the most recent Release will be allowed to be active and all others will be archived/inactive.

Suggested Solution:

To allow multiple active releases at a time, disable this setting via the Release type's management page.
