"You Don't Have the Necessary Access to Manage this Test Platform" Error Message When Viewing Test Platform Results Via Feedback Forms

What to check for:

Confirm if the user seeing this message is on a team that is not attached to the admin user role at the community level

Why:

If the user is not an admin at the community level then the user won't have access to the "Results" or "Manage" roles for Test Platforms.

Suggested Solution:

Add the user to a team attached to the admin user role at the community level. Since the user doesn’t have access to the “results” role (only admin user roles have access to this role) then they won’t be able to view the results in the feedback forms submitted by testers unless they’re added to a team with the admin user role.
