Tester Target shows 0/# and/or my project shows "Not Started Yet"

You may find that you’ve created your project, filled out all the required fields, invited testers, but the upper portion of your Project Dashboard “Not Started Yet” and shows 0/# of Tester Target.

This area is admin-facing only, is displayed in your Project Dashboard, and is affected by the number of testers who have access to at least 1 Feature within your Project. To configure this, you need to first understand what Phases are, then understand what Features are and how they work within Phases.

How to get your tester count to display and “start” your Project

All you need to do is create at least 1 Phase and have at least 1 Feature accessible by your testers. Your options are to create a Phaseless Feature or create a Feature assigned to an Engagement Phase.

From your Project:

  1. Click Management
  2. Click Planning
  3. Depending on your needs, you have 3 options:
    1. Create a Phase and follow the prompts
      1. Hover over your new Phase & click New Feature
      2. Complete the prompt
    2. Import your Test Plan and follow the prompts
      1. Your Features should be included in the Test Plan spreadsheet
    3. Hover over Phaseless and click New Feature, following the prompts
