Users Telephone Number Not Being Accepted
User is a member of a project but cannot see it on Community homepage
Users Telephone Number Not Being Accepted
What to check for:
Does the user have a duplicate account already using this telephone number?
Why:
Each phone number can only be used a single time per Centercode implementation. If a user has an existing account and has already used their telephone number they will not be able to use it a second time.
Suggested Solution:
Search for users with duplicate similar names, and have the customer verify with that user if they are already using the telephone number on another account.
User is a member of a project but cannot see it on Community homepage
What to check for:
Does the user have the project unchecked in Community Home display settings in Preferences?
Why:
Users can control which projects show up on their community homepage on a per user basis, they may have inadvertently hidden the project in question.
Suggested Solution:
Access Preferences via the alert bell in the upper right, click Preferences, and scroll down to the Community Home display settings to see if the project has the Show checkbox checked.
